Framework for BTFP Funding and Financial Support Policy

According to the framework on BTFP funding and financial support policy defined by NBTC and BTFP Fund Management Committee, the projects or activities that shall be qualified for requesting funding and financial support from BTFP must have operational goals that consistent with one or more of BTFP objectives, including the framework on appropriations policy defined by NBTC and BTFP Fund Management Committee and the following governmental polices:

Fundamental state policies under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand or state policies which have been declared to the Parliament.
National Economic and Social Development Plan
Master Plan for Spectrum Management, Master Plan for Broadcasting and Television Services, Master Plan for Telecommunications Services or USO Plan
BTFP policies and strategic plans

In addition, the projects or activities that shall be qualified for requesting funding and financial support from BTFP must not be a redundant with the projects or activities carried out under NBTC Master Plan and have never been financially supported by any other sources. Also, such projects or activities must have complete details, clearly defined objectives and outcomes that will be directly beneficial to the broadcasting and telecommunications services. Furthermore, the applicants must be directly responsible for such project or activity.
