As a result, a joint statement was therefore established between the two parties covering three main topics including 1) Lowering international mobile roaming service fees between Thailand and Russia both in terms of data and voice services; 2) Digital TV collaboration with the aim to support content development and complete transitioning toward digital TV era by ending analogue TV service; and 3) Cyber security collaboration by which Russia is highly specialized.
