National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC)
	The NRA Organization Act of 2010 newly established the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) last December 2010 as a single converged regulator for telecoms and broadcasting sectors. As of April 2011, the transitory period is still ongoing and the selection of NBTC commissioners is in the process. In the mean time, the NTC; former telecoms regulatory body, is required to act interimly as the NBTC. The new Act requires NBTC to issue the broadcast master plan as a five-year guideline for broadcasting business and spectrum policy. Also, as a successor of the NTC, the NBTC is responsible for telecoms sector as well as broadcasting sector.
